- ORDERS

- We are unable to process orders outside the continental U.S. at this time.
- All orders are placed online.
- Orders are processed in the order they are received.
- Please remember that all items are hand made to order and are usually processed and shipped within 2 weeks, while large and Holiday orders may take longer.

- PAYMENTS

- Quite Ewe Nique uses Paypal for accepting mastercard, visa, american express, discover cards and e-check online payments.
- If you pay with an e-check, your order will ship once your payment clears with your bank. This can take up to 5 business days.
- Personal check payments, net terms and COD orders are not accepted.

- SHIPPING

- At the present time, shipping is WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL U.S. ONLY!
- Shipping methods offered are USPS Priority and Parcel Post Mail.
- Tracking numbers for USPS Priority mail orders will be emailed to the customer once the order has been shipped.
- If the customer refuses the order or the ship to address provided is undeliverable, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charge, plus any return shipping charges.
- Upon receipt of your package, inspect it for any damage, broken glass, etc.
- If there is any damage, notify Quite Ewe Nique immediately, via completing the online contact form or email directly.
- Arrangements will be made to return any damaged product and replace the item(s).

- CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS

- Due to the nature that orders are custom made for each customer, returns are not accepted.
- If you are dissatisfied or there is an order discrepancy, please notify immediately or complete the contact form with details.
